Your order will be shipped to you in a white padded plastic envelope, with no promotional markings of any type. Your order will be shipped from Lauren Silva Group, Inc., 80 Academy Street, Patchogue, NY 11772. Larger orders may be shipped in similarly marked boxes.
Your credit card statement will be billed by Lauren Silva Group, Inc. We don’t send spam mail, marketing promotions or catalogs of any kind. You information will not be rented out, sold or shared. Circumstances beyond our control credit card investigations and inquiries by law enforcement and government agencies are exceptions to this policy.

US orders are shipped out using USPS. Stock items usually arrive within 5 to 7 business days.

Lauren Silva currently ships all orders using First Class Mail (USPS). A standard shipping rate of $4.99 applies to all items to be shipped within the US.

Shipping charges international will be computed according to the weight of the order. International shipping charges are based on weight and distance shipped.
As per government regulation, we will collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the State of New York. We do not charge tax for purchases shipped to any other states. For international orders, please verify with your local government agencies.
