Discreet Shipping
Your order will be shipped to you in a white padded plastic envelope, with no promotional markings of any type. Your order will be shipped from Lauren Silva Group, Inc., 244 N Ocean Ave, Patchogue, NY 11772. Larger orders may be shipped in similarly marked boxes.
Discreet Billing
Your credit card statement will be billed by Lauren Silva Group, Inc. We don't send spam mail, marketing promotions, or catalogs of any kind. Your information will not be rented out, sold, or shared. Circumstances beyond our control, such as credit card investigations or inquiries by law enforcement and government agencies, are exceptions to this policy.
Shipping Rates Calculated by Weight
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the weight of your order and your delivery destination. This ensures you only pay for the shipping you actually need, with rates available from multiple trusted carriers so you can choose the option that best fits your timeline and budget.
We offer shipping through the following carriers:
- USPS (United States Postal Service)
- UPS (United Parcel Service)
- FedEx
- DHL
Available carrier options and rates will be displayed at checkout once your shipping address is entered.
Order Processing & Shipping Times
All orders placed by 2:00 PM ET on a business day will ship the same day. Orders placed after 2:00 PM ET, or on weekends and holidays, will ship the next business day.
Delivery times vary by carrier and service level selected at checkout.

International Shipping
For international shipping, we accept the following payment methods: Visa, MasterCard, Discover, PayPal, and American Express. Money orders should be in US Dollars.
Before processing, we must verify your name and billing/shipping address with your credit card company. We may also request additional information to confirm the legitimacy of your order.
International shipping charges are calculated based on the weight and destination of the order. International customers can choose from USPS, UPS, FedEx, and DHL services at checkout, with rates and estimated delivery times shown for each option.
Sales Tax
As per government regulations, we will collect sales tax on purchases shipped within the State of New York. We do not charge tax on purchases shipped to other states. For international orders, please verify any applicable import taxes with your local government.
Credit Card Charges
Your credit card will be charged within 24 hours prior to shipment of your order(s).
