The Lauren Silva Group values your trust. That’s why we offer a 30-day, no-hassle return policy. You have up to 30 days from your purchase date to return unworn items — with tags still attached and in their original packaging — for any reason.
Return Conditions
- Items must be unworn, with tags still attached, and returned in original packaging.
- Items must be free of makeup, deodorant, perfume, or any marks or scents.
- Try on items with crotch linings over your own underwear for hygiene purposes.
- Products with adhesives or hosiery with opened packaging are not returnable.
- You are responsible for return shipping. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
All returns are subject to inspection and approval by our warehouse team. We reserve the right to reject any item with signs of wear, damage, or strong odors. Unauthorized returns may not be credited and will require payment for reshipment.
Defective or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or if you received the wrong item, please contact our customer service team within 7 business days.
We will issue a pre-paid return label and provide instructions. Be sure to:
- Mark your return envelope clearly with “Defective” or “Wrong Item”
- Include the completed return form attached to your invoice
- Use a shipping method with tracking for your own reference
Returns are processed within 10 business days of being received. Please allow up to two billing cycles for the refund to reflect on your credit card statement.
